I could not resist opening with this photo. I love Mrs Patmore, poking her head into frame to smile lovingly at Daisy and Baxter. This is also a good time for me to tell you guys that Sophie McShera is a complete delight in *Galavant*, which you would love, if you're not watching it. (The season finale is tonight, but it's all on Hulu.)

Our photo service, in fact, was so gobsmacked by how fantastic, and different, Raquel Cassidy looks when she's not dressed up as Baxter that they mis-labeled her as Siobhan Finneran, who played O'Brien. Baxter and O'Brien are not the same, you guys!

I love this color on her. I'm not sure whether or not her sleeves are SUPPOSED to be like that, or if one of them went rogue.

I actually quite like this dress, but the hair seems like a mistake. Imagine that braid tucked up into a chignon. MUCH better, right? (I also would have gone for a less obtrusive shoe.)

I was delighted that Lesley Nicol got to accept the award on behalf of the cast. She is, after all, the mother hen of downstairs. I also love her for wearing a coat.

You guys. For one long moment I thought Mrs Hughes was wearing overalls.

[SAG Awards Fugs and Fabs: The Women of Downton AbbeyThe SAGs LOVE Downton, as they've won best ensemble in a drama several years in a row. And love seeing the Downtonites out of period costume. They all look more or less great, but Baxter looks particularly amazing. NO SPOILERS! Note: No Michelle Dockery this year. Her fiance died at the very end of 2015, and (understandably) she hasn't made any public appearances since.
