It's a skirt with a slit. Second... I don't dislike this as much as I thought I did, but I still have objections to how it's pinching her right boob, and of course to the tiny translucent rectangle of pointlessness. It looks dingy. If you start at the bottom it's lovely. The hue is a home run. And then you go up, up, up, and HOW IS THAT BODICE EVEN STILL THERE. Supposedly this was custom. Which means there are approximately ZERO good reasons for how WRONG that fit is. Like, it doesn't just need hoiking. Yes, it got a lot of camera time on E!, but SO MUCH of that time was spent rolling my eyes and groaning at what a weird, strange, bad job she was doing...
