Before Idris won for *Luther*, I said to Heather, "wouldn't it be awesome if he won this one, too?" AND THEN IT HAPPENED. I hope this means that I'm Hot Dude Psychic, because that seems like a super useful skill.

Idris also presented with his *Beasts of No Nation* co-star Abraham Attah -- he walked out and said, "ladies and gentleman, welcome to diverse TV!" in what was surely the most memorable moment of the night -- and they make a very dapper pair.

This is Idris's daughter, who is often his date at these things, which obviously fills me with FEELINGS, namely that it's very sweet of him to bring her to things so regularly. (She's fourteen, and I think she looks totally great. This must be fun for her, but it would also be a little nerve-wracking at that age. Or any age, if you're not an actor.)
