This is her full outfit, from the Spring/Summer 2018 runway show. I love that she dug into something older -- that show was very pretty, and what a waste if no one wears it. Who cares how old it is, if it's new to you? Seated, this looks more like jeweled boob flaps locked in with a brooch, but in the full standing context I think it works well.
