That's some very nice lattice work, but... this whole thing feels like it was made after a really late night Googling things Madonna has worn in her entire career and then browsing Hot Topic.

This is fabulous. The way the neckline drapes is perfectly graceful to me -- dramatic but not overwhelming, so that she looks like a gorgeous flowering plant. It suits her perfectly.

Sandra Oh in Jenny Packham

She is a delight. I have never gotten bangs for the exact reason that all those little curls on my face would make me insane and be kind of hard to corral, and I think they're stepping on things a LITTLE here. I also wish this had less plain red fabric because the sparkles are so good, but I might be splitting hairs. This feels like a GENTLE unfug candidate (maybe the arm tie could go?).

I like this, but I can't decide if SHE is not standing up straight, or something about he top makes her look hunchy. Or both, maybe.

I still do really LIKE it, but maybe turtleneck plus bolero-style bodice plus standing to take some heat off her feet (or whatever) all combined to make it look slightly less rad than if she were standing up straight.

Can I tell you what I love about his photo? My first thought would be, "Now THIS is the Sassy Lady Buddy Comedy I want to see," and IT ALREADY EXISTS (in Grace and Frankie). Sometimes the world gets it right.

She's in Ozark, it seems. And she looks SO GOOD here. The head, the earrings... I even like the vaguely 1980s cut of the top of her dress. Her hair's a bit messy, maybe, but you could also call that "softness," and it doesn't detract for me.

This fits her beautifully, and I enjoy that she's wearing shoes that suggest she's PREPARED just in case a song-and-dance number breaks out. Which is always a possibility in a room full of actors who are generally stoked to show off what they can do outside of acting.

Megan Mullally

Obviously this was a good choice, since she stood out very well on-stage during her monologue (which was not great, and kind of low-energy on her part? Her generally sardonic aura -- as compared with Karen on W&G -- might have been too chill for this gig).

Just so you can see it up close. It's fine! Jess said, "Another entry into Sexy Tootsie." Nicole Kidman still wins.

Megan Mullally in McQueen

This is a much better dress, to me. Megan told everyone that she bought this herself after designers were like, "Uh, no thanks," at the chance to dress her. Except, when she posted about it back in December, Christian Siriano immediately replied with an offer to work with her. So...? Maybe they didn't get along? Or she somehow didn't see it? Or it just didn't fit the narrative? I don't know.

Emma Stone in Louis Vuitton

I don't... okay, this is another unfug. The neck bow doesn't need to be there, right? I also would've loved to see a complete outfit in that gold fabric, or maybe I'm just not wild about the pants or the way they sit together. It's OKAY, and I'm pleased that Vuitton is making an apparent effort to give her stuff that feels like HERS and not like a bunch of other starlets are going to come out in similar stuff, as often happens.

Keri is wearing this dress, and I have to admit, I think I'd have liked it better if she'd kept the seatbelt. I also think it needs a hoik on both her AND the model.

It's harder to tell in photos but this does have a metallic sheen to it, so HERE WE ARE. She looks super sexy, and as if she's like, "House of Cards is over and I am more than just power suits."
