I KNEW I recognized this fabric as Siriano's. I think this is really fun and funky. He designed it for 11 Honore, which describes itself as "[t]he runway, edited. Sizes 10-20+," and cites a bunch of designers like Christian as contributors. So I don't know if it was custom or something she chose. It might need to fit her a hair better.
