Karrueche Tran

For a long time, I kind of ignored Karrueche Tran, as I knew her primarily from getting press releases that screamed CHRIS BROWN'S GIRLFRIEND KARRUECHE WEARS WHATEVER SOCKS AS SHE FLAUNTS HER BOD AT EQUINOX or whatever. (We get a lot of press releases about people, and things, we don't care about. I feel you, PR people. You're just doing your job.) However: This is a great, great dress on her and also I looked at her Wiki and we share a birthday, so now I love her.

Retta

However, I love Retta at all times, and she looks great here. WELL ACCESSORIZED.

Chloe Bennet

This is a very pretty nightgown.

Alia Shawkat

(a) I enjoy the contrast between her earrings and her dress, but mostly (b) I liked this shot, with all the other photogs in it, and various annoyed PR people.

Nasim Pedrad

I might have owned this jumpsuit in the early 90s, and, TBH, I still think it's kinda cute, okay? I ADMIT IT.

Ana Gasteyer

I feel like this is the dress that your stylish middle-aged friend wears to a wedding and everyone loves, and that keeps coming out snarky but I am MYSELF fairly middle-aged so what I really mean is, it's age-appropriate but not boring.

Ana Gasteyer

Whereas this might be a tiny bit too unsophisticated on her?

Alysia Reiner

THANK YOU for wearing metallic shoes!

Ali Larter (w. Morgan Spurlock and Hayes MacArthur)

I do not know what that skirt is on Ali, but I do know that I have....concerns.

Cara Buono

She looks so doubtful, but I totally love this.

Padma Lakshmi

I decided that Padma very carefully placed her hair so that we wouldn't notice that she has failed to Pick a Sleeve.

Celebs Came Out For Samantha Bee's WHCD Event

Everyone predicted that the White House Correspondents Dinner would be much less celeb-filled this year than in years prior -- primarily because most of the publications who usually attend with celebrity guests chose not to attend this year. Beyond that, though, I'm sure the celebs who don't support Trump didn't feel much like showing, and celebs that do probably didn't think it was wise to go, given that he didn't. I don't necessarily think any of this is a bad thing -- for years, journalists have complained that the WHCD has turned into an out-of-control celeb-a-thon -- but it does give us fewer celebrities to ogle this year, and I always loved seeing which journalist ended up photo-bombing which celebrity on the red carpet. At least Samantha Bee threw a bash to fill a bit of the void. [Photos: Getty, WENN, Getty Images for TBS]
