What a dress, and what a dream, for a 15-year old. It's swirly and twirly and stunning. Actually, there are a lot of good things here, including something archival on Jada -- I know she has a last name, two actually, but to me she's approaching one-name territory -- and a truly enormous yellow confection on Kerry Washington that she must have loved because she seems like she had a GREAT night.
