This is from the same Valentino line as the one Kathryn Newton sported at the SAGs. I like that one better. I think it NEEDS the ruffles on the sleeves, in a strange way? You'd think it'd be one flourish too many, but without it, this just looks like an exuberant Old Navy pool cover-up to me.

And without anything, you're left with this SUPER skimpy bodice, where her boobs are trying to leak out left and right. And the styling just feels all wrong to me with it. I think, if you're going to do this, you might need sleeker hair.
