I need to note that obviously Bella Thorne is being graded on a curve. She's our current outgoing Fug Madness champ, because she spent all of 2017 looking INSANE. But this is (comparatively) rather sharp? I'm into it.

This would look better with no hat, different footwear, and potentially a visible plain white tee under there -- if it were less done, in fact. But let's remember that this person spent all of 2017 showing us her underboob.
