That's a very nice gown on her. Scarlett Johansson has never been on the edge of fashion, so she rarely surprises anyone. I will say that I had predicted a column, something hip-hugging, so the flowy skirt I GUESS counts as a surprise? But her brand is keeping it simple and just letting her face do it all, and that is working for her here.

I also think of her as more a peachy-pink person than purple, so maybe she's surprised me twice! This is graceful and lovely and non-revolutionary and I think that's perfect for her.

June, naturally, is RADIANT. I love everything about this. Erin is lovely and I've not seen her in anything before; I wish I could see LESS of her in this, perhaps? It looks like a diaphanous sweatshirt she pulled down over a skirt.

This event served as a double for Eleanor the Great and Vie privée, a French film starring Jodie Foster. She looks extremely cool here, and also as if that giant piece on her abdomen is secretly an alien remnant from Contact.
