Both of these women look totally fine if a little Meh of shoe. (I sincerely think a lot of us are spending a lot of time looking at our more complicated shoes and thinking, "I honestly don't know if I can even DO THAT anymore," so. I have sympathy.) Luckily, if they are Meh on their feet, both of their heads look GREAT.
