This is very adult, very elegant, very refined, VERY well-accessorized.

Very open-backed. I sort of wish she'd saved this for another event, but I suppose Selena Gomez isn't going to be going to, say, the BAFTAs, and it's kind of a major dress. This might be the last big awards show on her docket this year.

Thanks for listening to me on this one, at least, Selena.

This is very "sad ballerina with feelings," which I assume was in keeping with her performance. Please tell me she has a new song out CALLED "Sad Ballerina With Feelings." Like "Wrecking Ball," but without the metaphor.

[American Music Awards Well Played: Selena Gomez in Armani PriveI have never said this about Selena Gomez, before, I don't believe, unless it was in discussion of Monte Carlo (which is underrated and charming), but she looks elegant, and I'm sort of sad she blew this look on the AMAs. \[Photos: Splash, Getty\]![](https://go-fug-yourself.ghost.io/content/files/www-gofugyourself-com/wp-content/uploads/2014/11/spl897381_060.xml)](https://go-fug-yourself.ghost.io/selena-gomez-at-american-music-awards-2014-11-2014/)
