I just love this on her -- she looks gorgeous in it, and it very firmly conveys that she is The Woman of the Hour, as well she should be.

And, as is appropriate for a cosmetics CEO, her makeup looks good. It's light, but in a way that I think works with all the INTENSE silver sparkle around her. A smoky eye would have felt too heavy, I think, and although a red lip is always welcome, her mouth doesn't disappear.

I had forgotten about Iskra! It's been a while. This needs a necklace, yes? I also... it might've been better if the skirt came up higher. I don't think the slits of skin really do much aesthetically here other than make it look like she's throwing together separates that happen to match.
