(Because I know people will bring this up: This is top-to-toe the runway look, hence the nipple. Personally, this doesn't bug me that much on a model in Cannes as much as it would on like a CW star at upfronts. I also think this dress is VERY cool and I'm not totally sure if you can use a nipple cover without it looking weird?
