Ciara just has a really specific, special knack for picking out truly awful outfits. I'm surprised she hasn't done better in Fug Madness over the years, and I think it's got to be a quantity situation, because as fugs go hers are pretty substantial. This one is like she's skating her long program to the Six Feet Under theme.
