This is from "Our House," and yes, that IS Dr. Marlena Evans, not yet possessed by the devil.

SIMPLER TIMES. Many of us would have envied the hell out of those pants in 1987. And the feathered bangs.

This is at the opening of the Century City mall food court and AMC theater, the former of which still exists but the latter of which has been totally replaced and rebuilt elsewhere in the mall. She looks so happy, but it was a bad food court.

And of course we have Heathers, in which our future iconic brat Brenda played an iconic brat in a red scrunchie.

Two years before she played Benda, but this feels SO Brenda.

Oh yes she DID have a Blossom moment... two years before Blossom.

Sniffle.

I quite like Shannen's dress! Jennie's looks like they took it from the 90210 closet and Tori looks like a lower-level ice skater.

I was kidding before -- THESE might be the most important bangs of my. young adulthood. This is not a photo from set, but it's SO BRENDA. Right down to the choker.

She looks totally badass here.

I always forget she played the author in A Burning Passion: The Margaret Mitchell Story. This feels like SUCH an attempt to be like, "DO NOT PIGEONHOLE ME AS BRENDA."

This photo was dated 1990 but those are ABSOLUTELY her eyebrows from season four, which would make this 1993-94.
1998 Charmed: Holly Marie Combs, Shannen, Alyssa Milano
1998 The cast of "Charmed." From l-r: Holly Marie Combs as Piper Halliwell, Shannen Doherty as Prue Halliwell and Alyssa Milano as Phoebe Halliwell.
And here of course are the Halliwells, no relation to Geri.

This was a fun discovery: young Krasinski and young Luke MacFarlane with Shannen. It's a photo from a reading of a play, In The Wings, about actors who star in play that will move to Broadway but only one of them is invited to move with it. And this play would later move to Off-Broadway, but none of these actors would move with it.

Shannen looks great here, too. Ugh, this is hard.

LOS ANGELES, CA - SEPTEMBER 09: Actress Shannen Doherty attends Stand Up To Cancer 2016 at Walt Disney Concert Hall on September 9, 2016 in Los Angeles, California. (Photo by Steve Granitz/WireImage)
Shannen did a lot with Stand Up To Cancer. She fought it for SO long. Ten years, right? Twice in her breast, once brain, and finally, bone cancer. The stories about how she lost her health insurance at a time when she might've caught it earlier are... harrowing.

Sarah Michelle Gellar remained VERY close to Shannen and I admit I thought of her very quickly once I heard the news. I'm sure she's gutted.
