To be honest, I can totally see the appeal of this dress, objectively! It's a giant grape jelly poof of a gown, it's highly dramatic, it's probably VERY fun to wear, and how often does a person get to wear an enormous purple ball gown? I mean, she does more than the rest of us do -- but still!
