There is something about the chain-metal effect here that is cool, although this isn't my favorite thing she's ever worn. (Obviously, her head looks fantastic; she has the best smile in town.) It might need to be hoiked up like....a quarter of an inch?

This is very lingerie-adjacent, but it does have a Chic Elvira feeling that I appreciate. Although I might argue that ALL Elvira is chic. (I will note that you can't tell in this photo because her hair is covering them, but this was VERY nipple forward, which might have been a first for the Emmys. Obviously, this isn't my personal jam but it does seem like A Vision Was Accomplished.)

Devery Jacobs is an Indigenous actor on Reservation Dogs and while I'm not a fan of The Sheers, generally, I think she looks very cool in this. It's like a chic cloud. (The designer is also Indigenous; there's a really good interview with Devery in Vanity Fair about supporting Indigenous artists and how they created this look together.)

No comment on the D&G, and I think Nicolette is gorgeous and almost always looks fantastic, but this is not my favorite of her red carpet looks. I wish it were just blue all the way down!
