Shonda Rhimes Performing Arts Center

Shonda Rhimes

Shonda looks great in this, and I love this project -- her and Debbie connecting on this makes a lot of sense.

Will and Jada apparently donated to an aerialist studio space that's named after them. Will didn't come, which makes sense right now. Jada looks AMAZING.

Lena Waithe

Lena is usually so dapper, and I can see where this is going, but the bottoms just look like she forgot to change out of her jammies.

Megalyn Echikunwoke

She looks nice. She also dated Chris Rock until 2020, which may or may not have provided a topic of conversation.

LaTanya Richardson, Samuel L Jackson

These two look great, as usual. I hope Samuel L. gets a studio named after him, or even better, one of his movies. The Get These Motherf*cking Snakes Off My Motherf*cking Plane Theater would be incredible.

Raven Symone, Miranda Pearman-Maday

Raven just needs some kicks that don't look like old Reeboks she found in her closet from when she had plantar fasciitis, or somesuch. (It's not the size of the sneaker; it's that they look retro in a way that doesn't lend itself to formalwear.)

Kim Raver

Hard to find fault with this.

Maxine Waters

And she is divine, as usual.

Kevin McKidd

It's nice to see Owen Hunt looking happy. I feel for Kevin McKidd, as it cannot have escaped him that most Grey's fans really are not invested and would gladly bid Owen adieu.

Billy Porter

This has a whiff of Dorothy Zbornak about it.

Kate Burton

I LOVE her jacket. I also used to have that purse, I think. If I'm right, it's Coach, and it chafed part of my arm so I gave it to my mother because it didn't do that for her. WHAT A FASCINATING STORY.

Katie Lowes

Her character on Scandal was really just the worst after a while, so I was really pleased to wash that off with Inventing Anna. She's good in it -- she nailed down the vibe of her character, which is basically Status-Obsessed 25 Year Old Who Works in NYC Media and Doesn't Think Anything Bad Can Happen To Her Until It Does.

Rebecca Gayheart

Rebecca is McSteamy's ex-wife. Did Shonda keep her in the divorce? I love that idea. I also love that she has her curls back. Her hair was iconic to me back in the day.

Erica Gimpel

I will always be happy to see Coco from Fame anytime, anywhere.

Phylicia Rashad

Phylicia is of course Debbie's sister, and I used to love her, but those feelings have been so tainted by her support of Bill Cosby. I just can't help being so sad about that.

Sheila E

I love her dress. The shoes remind me of any time a character in a movie or TV show becomes a designer, and then the designs that are supposed to be SO GOOD just end up looking like amateur hour at Michael's.

Kylie Jefferson

Kylie, when she was 6, was the youngest ever student at Debbie Allen Dance Academy, and now she's a choreographer and an actress. She looks super, but for the shadow of underwire that's used as a design detail in the dress. It's never worth it.

Robin Antin

PLEASE tell me there will also be a Pussycat Dolls Room at this facility.
