Jennifer Garner got her mark on the Walk of Fame outside a Hooters, which was epic -- and honestly, Hollywood Boulevard is not overflowing with glorious real estate for these things, so you take what you can get. But somehow Simon got a spot across the street in front of Hollywood & Highland, the large shopping center adjacent to the theatre where they hold the Oscars. I'd have given J.Gar that plummy spot, but what do I know? Maybe she lost a coin toss.
