This event had a VERY entertaining red carpet -- it was a very good showing for Iris Van Herpen, [who designed the costumes for the ballet that premiered.](https://wwd.com/eye/people/iris-van-herpen-ballet-costumes-new-york-1238287474/?ref=go-fug-yourself.ghost.io) (Something [she has done before;](https://www.nycballet.com/discover/ballet-repertory/neverwhere?ref=go-fug-yourself.ghost.io) she was also herself once a classical dancer!) Another fun fact: SJP actually created this particular event back in 2012\. (She is on the NYCM board of directors.) I downloaded perhaps an irrational number of photos of her look, so get ready.
