SNL50 Concert: The Guests

Christine Baranski

Ding dong! This is GLAM.

Miley Cyrus

Miley looks like she rose from some primordial yet formal ooze...in a kinda good way?

Anya Taylor-Joy

She actually looks great but this also feels mildly OTT. I itch for ATJ to get a bit of a styling refresh. She could just feel...more current? I don't know.

Snoop

Classic for a reason here, though. How was Martha Stewart not at this, parenthentically?

Pedro Pascal

No complaints!

Tiffany Haddish

And this is frankly adorable. Cute suit seems about right for this brief.

Laura Dern

Laura Dern got the All Leather Brief. She looks like a woman who collects large turquoise pendants.

Teri Hatcher

SOMEONE absolutely said, "they're real, and they're spectacular" to her at some point during this event.

Robyn

I just realized that I don't know if I ever really knew what Robyn actually looks like. Well! Now I know!

St. Vincent

This is VERY styled-feeling. Maybe too styled for someone as cool as I think she actually is?

Claire Danes and Hugh Dancy

These two just wore whatever but also people were VERY unsure of the dress code for this event. (Claire looks really cute though! Very 1993.)

Keegan-Michael Key and Elle Key

I covet this coat!

Abigail Spencer

This is low-key great -- right for the event, who knows? But great on her. And would work with diamonds for another event.

Camryn Manheim

She looks great.

Eddie Vedder and guest

And Eddie Vedder still looks cool.

Sunisa Lee

I am confused by the structure of this look but I hope Suni had fun.

Steve Guttenberg

Speaking of people I hope had fun! Guttenberg, fresh from literally helping people evacuate from the Palisades fire. (Sincerely, everyone watching local news saw him ask people to remember to leave their keys in their abandoned cars so they could be moved to let the fire trucks through WHAT A YEAR WE'RE HAVING.)

Amy Reinhold and Judge Reinhold

The Reinholds appear to be thriving!

Jesse Eisenberg and Edie Falco

HOT COUPLE ALERT. (Not really.) (But I love that idea, no offense to Eisenberg's wife.)

Chris Pine

Chris Pine looks like a high class magician searching for just the right lady to saw in half.

Dan Levy

He feels like he's dressed as his Homes.com persona somehow.

Paul Rudd

Paul Rudd's whole vibe is, "I'M JUST HAPPY TO BE INCLUDED!" Which is wholesome.

Bonnie Raitt

Ageless vampire Bonnie Raitt rides again!

Rita Wilson and Tom Hanks

Mom and Dad are OUT FOR THE NIGHT! Look at Rita! They had drinkies at the hotel bar before this! Have fun, you two!

Billy Crystal

Billy, sensibly keeping his noggin warm.

Forest Whitaker and True Whitaker

"Daaaaaaad, you're embarrassing meeeee."

Bo Welch and Catherine O'Hara

I love Catherine O'Hara for opting for PUFFY COMFORT, something I said to myself in her Moira Rose voice.

Susan Lucci

HELL YES SUSAN LUCCI. She is the person I am literally most delighted to see that this event. Erica Kane is FORMATIVE.

Brendan Fraser

And there are few people who seem to engender as much good will as Brendan Fraser. Brendan, I want you to know that I saw Encino Man in the theater.

David Byrne

I just feel like this blazer could be bigger!!

Natasha Lyonne

I think those leggings are warmer than they look and this whole ensemble is Stealth Cozy. The boots are secretly cozy too.

Seth Rogen

For a man who's had a notable red carpet glow up in the last five years, this is a little "just decided to come by on the way back from hitting up the ATM."

David Harbour

Same here, honestly.

Peyton Manning

This is exactly as Peyton Manning always looks. (I will note here that I thought he was funny on Sunday's show.)

Questlove

This is, as you'd expect, very cool.

Sandra Oh

I sincerely feel that the styling here is a nod to her appearance in one of my fave SNL digital shorts.

Naomi Odenkirk and Bob Odenkirk

I'm so glad silver fox Bob Odenkirk is still with us to show up looking reasonable at events!

Jason Momoa and Adria Arjona

This is very New Couple Date Night When They Aren't Quite Sure Where The Other Is Taking Them. (He was ALSO funny in his brief bit on Sunday.)

Whoopi Goldberg

Chic and somewhat professorial here.

Jon Hamm and Anna Osceola

Also VERY Date Night.

Alec Baldwin and Hilaria Baldwin

Alec looks fine, and I don't know what Hilaria is doing but I also need to thank them. I was drifting off to sleep last night and this photo randomly popped into my head. And I realized I forgot to write copy for it. And then I realized I FORGOT TO WRITE COPY FOR ALL THESE SLIDES and yet had definitely set this post and decided I was done. So thank you to the Baldwins for prompting me to remember to write this! Even at 1:24 am.

Kevin Costner

I remain confused by Costner's facial hair and actually maybe also his head hair -- but confess that the rest of him looks really good. Ladies, he IS single.
