# Oscars Fug or Fab Carpet: Solange in Christian Siriano

Apparently, the weather and closures at JFK threatened the arrival of Christian Siriano's gowns to the West Coast. He may wish he'd just cried uncle and not paid FedEx to hustle:

Her head looks fantastic, and it's true that this is amusingly grandiose in that wacky Solange way that I've come to appreciate. But if pressed, do I think this looks GOOD on her? No. It's totally counting on my affection for her kookiness to compel me to have mercy. I don't know if I can do it, but I will say that this is basically the EXACT OPPOSITE of anything Jennifer Lopez has ever worn and there's something great to me about a lady who will vie for our attention WITHOUT the crutch of illusion netting.
