Please do yourself a favor and watch this movie again, and marvel at how Rachel swallows the end of at LEAST half her lines. She just suddenly devolves into a whistly little whisper. It's like she decided this character -- a principal, and a prickly one at that -- decided not to finish any of her thoughts as a way of testing whether the kids were ACTUALLY listening to her.
Josh Henderson
His character is a douche cheeseball in the movie, and this photo is kind of leaning into that -- but, I say that with great affection, as he totally won me over when he was John Ross on the Dallas reboot that I still deeply miss.
Drew Sidora
That dress looks like it should be the cover of a graphic novel. That would be good for the graphic novel, but not so great for her abdomen. However, Drew has given me the lasting gift of... whatever that song is that she performs during the Kids Go To The Club And Then Perform a Choreographed Dance section of the movie, because I bought it and stuck it on my running playlist. It's called "Til the Dawn," and I hoped that would come to me if I just kept typing, but no, I had to look up the name. STILL. Treat yourself.
Mario
Mario is also in the movie, and is very charming, except for the bit where he muscles into Drew's performance at the nightclub and decides to freelance with her background music to show off. The movie presents it as charming because he's making her notice his talent, but honestly, every time I am kind of like, "This is not YOUR performance, friendo."
