I decided Millie picked Pretty In Pink -- a movie from the era of Stranger Things -- as her theme for the evening. This is a weird combination of the Sugar Plum Fairy and a child bride, and it might even skew a bit YOUNG? Or at least like she's been at the dress-up drawer? But I am so sincerely delighted that she's not being styled like a tiny socialite on a museum board.

And she seemed to have fun with it, which helps.

What a gentleman, wrangling her train AND giving a ta-da gesture in her direction.

They're cute. He's giving her the "I've had a crush on you for like two or three years now and I think you look at me like a brother and I can never tell you how I feel but gosh you're pretty" face.

Priah Ferguson

It's almost unfair to her that she happened to pick this on a night when Millie happened ALSO to go with something huge and pink. This dress is completely dominating her, though. It is ADVANCED red-carpet science for a newcomer; to me it looks like something Chrissy Teigen would wear.

Natalia Dyer in Dior

This is okay? The skirt is really festive and cute but I feel like the top of the bodice just disappears on her.

Cara Buono

This is just like Stranger Things's universe itself: Fun and great up top, and when you get to the upside-down, mischief is afoot

Winona Ryder

Winona is never going to deviate from her safe space.

That's superb lipstick, though. Also, she is still so gorgeous. I just went to see Reality Bites at an outdoor screening on Saturday, and good lord, her eyes. The short hair she has in that movie really highlights how perfect her face is.

This was made for her, so to me the pants are unforgivable. I am also not sure what disco shit the halter bodice is trying to pull with her. Did it need the skin triangle?

Caroline Arapoglou

That's kicky, and possibly also a little short. I also want to squeeze her for trying an unexpected shoe, even if this particular one feels out of place

Marsai Martin

A little tailoring on those pants, and we'd be golden.

Lilia Buckingham

Oh, heavens, Toto. We're not in Miss Ice Capades Kansas anymore

Ashley Tisdale

This feels like it's harkening back to the wrong decade.

Jackie Cruz

Bless her and her hotel bedsheet crafting.
