Channing and Jenna (in Zac Posen)

Oh, Zac. That is too much dress for Jenna Dewan. I also think she does a lot better with a little edge; that's ENORMOUSLY princess-y, unless you tell me it glows in the dark. And even then. But the real problem...

... is that he neglected to finish it.

Seriously, this KEPT HAPPENING.

"BOO! ALSO, YOUR BUTT IS LEGIT and the world knows it."

Laverne Cox

This needed pointy shoes.

Alexis Bledel

Is that a dress in honor of fidget spinners?

Angela Bassett

This also might need pointy shoes, but it has MAXIMUM ANGELA BASSETT, so it's fine

Rhea Seehorn

Whereas that might be almost TOO bright. I like all the colors, but somehow together it's casting a garish pall.

Rhea Seehorn

That is ridiculously good on her. It's SO bright and lively but she's not getting lost.

with Patrick Fabian

Beautiful. Maybe I SHOULD call Saul.

Trace Lysette

NO. WE ARE NOT GOING BACK TO DANGLING OVERALLS.

Yvonne Strahovski

I hate the beige expanse of lining under the bodice. It makes her boobs look tubular

Tessa Thompson

Tessa was at the Rodarte movie premiere, so I assume this IS Rodarte, and it blends nicely into the overall theme of People Huffing Expensive Perfumes.

Gugu Mbatha-Raw

FUZZY SHIRT. I want to pat it.

Noah Schapp

Man, Netflix spared no expense with the stylists for Stranger Things, right?

America Ferrera

We need to amp up the makeup on aisle three, and lose the apron

Serinda Swan

Too monochrome with her hair, although the oxblood purse is a nice touch.

Logan Browning

LOVE that makeup. I'll allow this whole thing. It's fun

Shonda Rhimes

Shonda's many year of saying yes are really working for her.

Danielle Panabaker

That B is for Tory Burch, but it must be a bit weird to wear a dress monogrammed with someone else's initial.

Natalia Dyer

This is super costumey on her, but I don't entirely mind. It has the aura of a look she would never have tried on her own, but is gamely attempting here because it was given to her, and it's to her credit that it's not insane.

Priyanka Chopra

Gorgeous, but was a red shoe the right play here with a belt verging on coral?

Alison Brie

Awesome, but for the clunky shoes. How many times will I say that in the next few months?

Halston Sage

THOSE shoes, however, are perfection, as is the entire look on her.

Samira Wiley and Lauren Morelli

This is like an 87 percent for me. I just wish Lauren's skirt looked less like those picture frames four-year olds make in pre-school by gluing shiny stuff to a wooden frame.

Karlie Kloss in Roland van der Kemp

That's custom, and... man. We said the 80s were back, and that's as true today as it was 24 hours ago and the 24 hours before that, and...

Kylie Minogue in David Koma

It's all fun and games until you reach across a table to shake someone's hand and your cape sleeve goes up in flames.

Stuff We Missed Because of the Emmys: Batting Cleanup On The Week

First up: Jenna Dewan's bum window.
