This is a dress with a high degree of difficulty, but I think she's pulling it off. It's rather like what a superhero would wear to a formal party -- glamorous, but also allowing for full range of motion in case, say, you need to do a high kick.

I am not, as you know, a Visible Bra Aficionado, and yet this is ALSO very glam on her. Do I wish this was the sort of Lady Suit you could wear without anything under the blazer at all? Yes. But it's not, and I feel like a tank top might have felt too...business-y? I might come down on the side of I Wish This Were More of a Crop Top And Less of a Bra Bra, ultimately.
