Why do you have to seem so pleasant in real life, when I loathe you on "Scandal" with every fiber of my being? I am sincerely not sold on Bellamy Young's bangs, either; her whole outfit feels a bit like *The Real Housewives of ABC Primetime* For Kohl's. Kerry Washington looks freaking awesome in that Mary Katrantzou, and I love that outfit in EXACT inverse proportion to how much I hate Huck. And I don't think Katie Lowes is pulling off those pants, but damned if her head isn't looking amazing. Can I REALLY cut you, Scandal? Oh, how I wish I could liberate them, and her, from the madness around them. ## Kerry Washington, Priyanka Chopra ![Kerry Washington, Priyanka Chopra](https://static.gofugyourself.com/uploads/2015/08/FFN_KM_ABCSummerParty_080415_51816491.jpg) I just wanted an excuse to gaze upon Kerry's dress again, so I picked a shot of Priyanka where they're standing together. *Quantico* does not look great to me, and I haven't been that impressed with her in the admittedly limited clips, BUT a) it's way too hard to judge, and I am the person who thought *Finding Nemo* looked bad based on the previews, so what do I know about anything; and b) ABC clearly thinks she's going to be the next big thing over here (she's already well-known in Bollywood). I hope that's true, because even though this frock isn't my favorite, she's gorgeous and am excited to see more of her because I like that she picks big colors. Not the same person. This Kelli is on Grey's, which I did quit right before she joined and so sadly I've not seen her on it, and she is pulling off that jumpsuit in a way that makes me wish she would take Regina King shopping. I can't tell if this is actually good or not, but some TV critics tweeted that they loved it, so let's depart from my norm and ASSUME THE BEST. [TCAs Fugs and Fabs: The Women of ABCSo, before we get into the clothes -- some of which are really good, by the way -- let me get this off my chest please: I kinda want to start recapping Empire next season, but I'm already doing Scandal, How To Get Away With Murder, Nashville, The Good Wife, and The Royals (which isn't back until November, so at least there's that). I may need to jettison one of those, if not two, but I can't decide which one(s) aren't worth the time and effort anymore. Do we boot Muuuuuurder? Do we figure Scandal has gone too far, or give it a chance now that the landscape in that White House has changed a little? (I will be honest, that might be my frontrunner to get the chop.) Do we say an affectionate farewell to Nashville? Is The Royals only fun in theory? Or do I try to do them all and just... deal with it?
