It's that time in a young blogger's life when thoughts turn to Things We Can Cover That Are New. This past weekend, Ted Danson and Mary Steenburgen -- and a few other common guests, like Gladys Knight -- attended both an [Oceana](https://oceana.org/?ref=go-fug-yourself.ghost.io) event and one for the [L.A. Regional Food Bank](https://www.lafoodbank.org/?ref=go-fug-yourself.ghost.io). I don't know if they're connected by the same directors, or what, but both are worthy causes: We SHOULD clean up the oceans, and we SHOULD help end food insecurity, and if we can do it with events that invite celebrities who will wear things, well BRAVO.
