Jason Sudeikis

Jason's shirt is in support of Jadon Sancho, Marcus Rashford, and Bukayo Saka, three England footballers who were targeted by racists after missing penalty kicks in the Euro final against Italy. It was disgusting. (Also, please read the section of Marcus Rashford's Wikipedia page about his work for child poverty and food insecurity before AND FREAKING THROUGHOUT Covid. That guy is a treasure. They are lucky he cares.) This was a perfect place to deploy that shirt, for if you did not know, Ted Lasso is set in the UK premier league world.

Hannah Waddingham

This is reportedly vintage Versace, and while I can't rightly say I LIKE it exactly, she looks amazing. She is... a babe.

The few things I've seen of Juno's press tour make me think she and her character are sartorially very close to one another. She was one of the happiest surprises of the show, to me -- she's a huge huge part of its big beating heart.

That is ALSO how I would look at Hannah Waddingham. These two are apparently very close in real life, and during an interview about their Emmy nods, Juno started crying while talking about Hannah and Hannah took over and said, "We're in it for life," and that made everyone mushy.

Brett Goldstein

This all works.

Moe Jeudy-Lamour

He plays Thierry. He and Brett Goldstein clearly called each other and decided monochrome was a safe way to go.

Brendan Hunt

COACH BEARD!

Jeremy Swift

LESLIE. One of the best things about this show is that they could have done less with this character -- and many people would have -- but Ted Lasso did the perfect amount to make him funny and ridiculous at times but also very much a person.

Ashley Nicole Black

And SHE is glowing. She posted a picture of herself with Coach Beard on Twitter, which tickled me.

Brandon Kyle

This is a good looking man whose pants don't quite fit.

Charles Melton

I guess they aren't shooting Riverdale yet. He looks... fine? Relaxed.

Kesha

She is making the rounds. I hope it's because she's contributing thumping ballads and dance tunes to everyone's soundtracks.

Cristo Fernandez

If anything bad ever happens to Dani Rojas, ever, I will... keep watching, obviously. But just don't hurt Dani Rojas, please. However, do please give him pants and shirts that go together better.

Lucy Punch

Her dress is pretty, but that's a hard pass on the Tevas from me.

Marcus Mumford

Have they released the theme song to Ted Lasso as a single yet? That's all I wanted last summer.

Sacha Kljestan

He's a soccer player over here, and it's important to report that the mustache is NOT merely a Ted Lasso tribute 'stache but in fact his actual look. As far as I can tell, anyway. Maybe he pruned a goatee so that it would stand out more, but otherwise this seems like his usual face.

Meredith Salenger and Patton Oswalt

I like that people are embracing wearing tennies to this. Kicks with a relaxed dress are pretty much the perfect Ted Lasso premiere outfit.

Carly Chaikin

I enjoy when random actors show up to these premieres, and I have to figure out if they're on something else by the network (don't think so) or share an agent with someone (maybe?) or have a different project they're promoting (not that I can tell), or whether they're just BIG ASS TED LASSO FANS and badly wanted to come over and get a preview (likely). Anyway, I love her cape-blazer.

The Shibs

They both look great and I assume everything on the former slide holds true here.

Sophia Bush

And another! Unless she's secretly i the show, playing a fancy ghost who haunts the pub and she and Ted begin an impossible romance. Although in Ted's world, nothing is impossible.

I WILL, TED. I WILL. (If I'm overly effusive... this show just hit the right note at the right time for us.)

Ted Lasso Is Back!

And Sudeikis nailed the premiere.
