Does this first dress, courtesy of Rodarte, feels like a Valentine card come alive? It does. But it's also kind of romantic and great on her; after all, the Valentine's Day Holiday Aisle at Target is my favorite of all the Target Holiday Aisles -- and certainly is more chic than the Halloween one.
