I loved this dress [when Ruth Negga wore a version of it](https://www.gofugyourself.com/photos/golden-globes-2017-ruth-negga/the-bafta-tea-party-in-la-7?ref=go-fug-yourself.ghost.io), and I love the short version, too. This whole look is just a *party.* (Her shoes are by Alexandre Birman and while I cannot seem to find them for sale yet, [ I HAVE in the course of looking found my New Year's Eve shoes](https://rstyle.me/n/c8be25cfjyp?ref=go-fug-yourself.ghost.io). I do not have plans for NYE yet, of course. Perhaps I shall just put on these shoes and crawl into my bed!) I salute her pattern mixing, her abstention from dullness, and her lipstick. Which is really all anyone needs, anyway.
