I'm thrilled to bring you these photos of Rihanna tootling around Los Angeles lately.

She looks like the heroine of a recently-discovered lost Judith Krantz novel, a very rich and very eccentric 1980s musician/entrepreneur whose tumultuous relationship with an Olympic swimmer causes conflict in the ranks of her high-powered CD-ROM company when he discovers that his famously evil ex-wife is actually Rihanna's CFO. I'm first in line to buy it.
