I suspect they were just listening to whatever question was being asked of them here -- TCA, as a refresher, is when TV shows have panels and journalists come ask them questions about all kinds of things. It's hosted by the Television Critics Association, hence the acronym.  But they LOOK like someone just said something TRULY DUMB.

(This is the panel for The Red Line, which is the new Ava Duvernay/Greg Berlanti drama about a black doctor who is shot by a white cop, and the intertwining lives of the families involved in the tragedy, and I misread that it too was on All Access and I was about to RANT about how CBS -- which has a REAL BAD reputation right now with regards to sexual harrassment, at least -- has a very shitty tendency to put shows primarily about women and featuring people of color on their streaming service only and not on broadcast TV, and I stand by that, excect The Red Line actually is on broadcast TV.)
