I don't know who is styling her, but this is cool. It's elegant without being too bland (and, importantly, the pattern gives it some chic interest when you can only see like 20% of it).

Who knows what the rest of this looks like, but she looks VERY much like she might have borrowed some of this from the costume closet at The Crown -- in a good way! In a blinged out way. (Also, I think Olivia is using Touch Up My Appearance on her Zooms and SO SHALL WE ALL.)
