This stance is PRECARIOUS. ## Avril Lavigne ![](https://static.gofugyourself.com/uploads/2022/08/shutterstock_editorial_12439060ca-1661494456.jpg) Mandatory Credit: Photo by Stephen Lovekin/Shutterstock (12439060ca) Avril Lavigne MTV Video Music Awards, Arrivals, New York, USA - 12 Sep 2021 I just realized that this is something I could see Machine Gun Kelly wearing, too. ## Winnie Harlow ![](https://static.gofugyourself.com/uploads/2022/08/shutterstock_editorial_12439060ch-1661494465.jpg) Mandatory Credit: Photo by Stephen Lovekin/Shutterstock (12439060ch) Winnie Harlow MTV Video Music Awards, Arrivals, New York, USA - 12 Sep 2021 This is really just a diaper with sleeves, right? ## Normani ![](https://static.gofugyourself.com/uploads/2022/08/shutterstock_editorial_12439061uk-1661494654.jpg) Mandatory Credit: Photo by Matt Baron/Shutterstock (12439061uk) Normani MTV Video Music Awards, Arrivals, New York, USA - 12 Sep 2021 It's two! TWO diapers with sleeves! \[Insert the Count laughing here.\] ## Travis and Kourtney ![](https://static.gofugyourself.com/uploads/2022/08/shutterstock_editorial_12439060ct-1661494473.jpg) Mandatory Credit: Photo by Stephen Lovekin/Shutterstock (12439060ct) Travis Barker ad Kourtney Kardashian MTV Video Music Awards, Arrivals, New York, USA - 12 Sep 2021 I guess this has aged well, as they're now married. I think Rock Wife is a good look on her, though. ## Lil Nas X ![](https://static.gofugyourself.com/uploads/2022/08/shutterstock_editorial_12439060em-1661494482.jpg) Mandatory Credit: Photo by Stephen Lovekin/Shutterstock (12439060em) Lil Nas X MTV Video Music Awards, Arrivals, New York, USA - 12 Sep 2021 This was his tribute to Little Richard, with a dash of Prince, and I love it. ## Kacey Musgraves ![](https://static.gofugyourself.com/uploads/2022/08/shutterstock_editorial_12439060fc-1661494499.jpg) Mandatory Credit: Photo by Stephen Lovekin/Shutterstock (12439060fc) Kacey Musgraves MTV Video Music Awards, Arrivals, New York, USA - 12 Sep 2021 These shoes were SUCH a bad choice for this outfit. Everything is the highest of high drama, and then it goes out with a complete tragic whimper. Maybe she figured people would just run the close-ups of her hat. ![](https://static.gofugyourself.com/uploads/2022/08/shutterstock_editorial_12439060n-1661494552.jpg) Mandatory Credit: Photo by Stephen Lovekin/Shutterstock (12439060n) Kacey Musgraves MTV Video Music Awards, Arrivals, New York, USA - 12 Sep 2021 SURPRISE, Kacey, we can do both! Her eyes look very... spacey. ## Megan Fox and Machine Gun Kelly ![](https://static.gofugyourself.com/uploads/2022/08/shutterstock_editorial_12439060fo-1661494508.jpg) Mandatory Credit: Photo by Stephen Lovekin/Shutterstock (12439060fo) Megan Fox and Machine Gun Kelly MTV Video Music Awards, Arrivals, New York, USA - 12 Sep 2021 And here comes Megan, doing Kim Kardashian cosplay. (It's reminiscent of Kim's wet Met Gala Mugler. But minus the art.) I cannot lie, her bod is amazing so it does look good on her. But... it's underpants.) ## MGK and Megan ![](https://static.gofugyourself.com/uploads/2022/08/shutterstock_editorial_12441912k-1661494662.jpg) Mandatory Credit: Photo by Diggzy/Jesal/Shutterstock (12441912k) Machine Gun Kelly and Megan Fox Megan Fox and Machine Gun Kelly double date with Kourtney Kardashian and Travis Barker after the VMAs, New York, USA - 12 Sep 2021 Megan Fox and Machine Gun Kelly double date with Kourtney Kardashian and Travis Barker after the VMAs and fight with Conor McGregor Not that this dress could ever be called practical, but... it sure seems more practical than the other net. ## Tinashe ![](https://static.gofugyourself.com/uploads/2022/08/shutterstock_editorial_12439060ep-1661494490.jpg) Mandatory Credit: Photo by Stephen Lovekin/Shutterstock (12439060ep) Tinashe MTV Video Music Awards, Arrivals, New York, USA - 12 Sep 2021 Her pants look like they were made by a very distracted serial killer. ## Billy Porter ![](https://static.gofugyourself.com/uploads/2022/08/shutterstock_editorial_12439060fq-1661494517.jpg) Mandatory Credit: Photo by Stephen Lovekin/Shutterstock (12439060fq) Billy Porter MTV Video Music Awards, Arrivals, New York, USA - 12 Sep 2021 I am wholly on board with this, to the surprise of no one. ## Camila Cabello ![](https://static.gofugyourself.com/uploads/2022/08/shutterstock_editorial_12439060gq-1661494526.jpg) Mandatory Credit: Photo by Stephen Lovekin/Shutterstock (12439060gq) Camila Cabello MTV Video Music Awards, Arrivals, New York, USA - 12 Sep 2021 Her hip bow situation was so out of control that all her poses seemed SO uncomfortable. She just didn't seem to know what to do with her hands. Put that on the checklist of things to consider. ## Olivia Rodrigo ![](https://static.gofugyourself.com/uploads/2022/08/shutterstock_editorial_12439060gt-1661494534.jpg) Mandatory Credit: Photo by Stephen Lovekin/Shutterstock (12439060gt) Olivia Rodrigo MTV Video Music Awards, Arrivals, New York, USA - 12 Sep 2021 Wearing Versace Same Outfit as catwalk model \*331321w She isn't entirely selling this, either, but she was pretty new to these shenanigans at this point and her styling team really hadn't figured her out yet. We'll see what this year holds. ## Alicia Keys ![](https://static.gofugyourself.com/uploads/2022/08/shutterstock_editorial_12439060ir-1661494543.jpg) Mandatory Credit: Photo by Stephen Lovekin/Shutterstock (12439060ir) Alicia Keys MTV Video Music Awards, Arrivals, New York, USA - 12 Sep 2021 Alicia's style here seems to be Cat Burglar In Winter. ## Dove Cameron ![](https://static.gofugyourself.com/uploads/2022/08/shutterstock_editorial_12439060p-1661494565.jpg) Mandatory Credit: Photo by Stephen Lovekin/Shutterstock (12439060p) Dove Cameron MTV Video Music Awards, Arrivals, New York, USA - 12 Sep 2021 This is weirdly drab. ## Simone Biles ![](https://static.gofugyourself.com/uploads/2022/08/shutterstock_editorial_12439061ko-1661494593.jpg) Mandatory Credit: Photo by Matt Baron/Shutterstock (12439061ko) Simone Biles MTV Video Music Awards, Arrivals, New York, USA - 12 Sep 2021 She looks phenomenal. I don't even mind the non-shoes. Who's even looking? ## Charli XCX ![](https://static.gofugyourself.com/uploads/2022/08/shutterstock_editorial_12439061lj-1661494601.jpg) Mandatory Credit: Photo by Matt Baron/Shutterstock (12439061lj) Charli XCX MTV Video Music Awards, Arrivals, New York, USA - 12 Sep 2021 I assume she was auditioning for What We Do In The Shadows. ## Rita Ora ![](https://static.gofugyourself.com/uploads/2022/08/shutterstock_editorial_12439061nx-1661494610.jpg) Mandatory Credit: Photo by Matt Baron/Shutterstock (12439061nx) Rita Ora MTV Video Music Awards, Arrivals, New York, USA - 12 Sep 2021 Maybe Rita could've put in a good word with her (now husband!) Taika. Although she ALSO seems poised here to be Bride of a Vampire. ## Halle and Chloe Bailey ![](https://static.gofugyourself.com/uploads/2022/08/shutterstock_editorial_12439061oq-1661494618.jpg) Mandatory Credit: Photo by Matt Baron/Shutterstock (12439061oq) Halle Bailey and Chloe Bailey MTV Video Music Awards, Arrivals, New York, USA - 12 Sep 2021 Halle's dress is stressing me out. Chloe's is made of aluminum foil, which will come in handy if the food is good and they want to smuggle any of it home. ## Ashanti ![](https://static.gofugyourself.com/uploads/2022/08/shutterstock_editorial_12439061po-1661494628.jpg) Mandatory Credit: Photo by Matt Baron/Shutterstock (12439061po) Ashanti MTV Video Music Awards, Arrivals, New York, USA - 12 Sep 2021 ... I mean, maybe two minutes total of thought. ## The Kid Laroi ![](https://static.gofugyourself.com/uploads/2022/08/shutterstock_editorial_12439061tx-1661494645.jpg) Mandatory Credit: Photo by Matt Baron/Shutterstock (12439061tx) The Kid Laroi MTV Video Music Awards, Arrivals, New York, USA - 12 Sep 2021 Pass.
