Blige accepts the Icon Award onstage during the 2022 Billboard Music Awards at MGM Grand Garden Arena on May 15, 2022 in Las Vegas, Nevada. (Photo by Ethan Miller/Getty Images) This outfit looks sort of like what might happen if you made one out of Shrinky Dinks BUT Mary J., as usual, is rocking it. Her speech was great and I love her bangs. ## Janet Jackson ![](https://static.gofugyourself.com/uploads/2022/05/shutterstock_editorial_12941043cw-1652672262.jpg) Mandatory Credit: Photo by John Salangsang/Shutterstock (12941043cw) Janet Jackson Billboard Music Awards, Show, MGM Grand Garden Arena, Las Vegas, Nevada, USA - 15 May 2022 I don't yet have a credit for this but it feels like Thom Browne (a line she wears often). (Thom Browne also has a LOT of imitators lately.) This is sort of how it would feel if Janet Jackson were Mary Poppins, to me. A development, to be clear, I would welcome. ## Megan Thee Stallion ![](https://static.gofugyourself.com/uploads/2022/05/shutterstock_editorial_12941043fc-1652672273-scaled.jpg) Mandatory Credit: Photo by John Salangsang/Shutterstock (12941043fc) Megan Thee Stallion Billboard Music Awards, Show, MGM Grand Garden Arena, Las Vegas, Nevada, USA - 15 May 2022 Megan is a GREAT performer and she did as well as ever, but this entire program felt like it lacked oomph and I can only blame that on, like, astrological forces. She looks undeniably good in this. (For a performance, obviously. Maybe not for like the flea market or something.) ## Latto ![](https://static.gofugyourself.com/uploads/2022/05/GettyImages-1397449450-1652672122.jpg) LAS VEGAS, NEVADA - MAY 15: Latto performs onstage during the 2022 Billboard Music Awards at MGM Grand Garden Arena on May 15, 2022 in Las Vegas, Nevada. (Photo by Ethan Miller/Getty Images) Oooh, haireography! ## Becky G ![](https://static.gofugyourself.com/uploads/2022/05/GettyImages-1397454290-1652672135.jpg) LAS VEGAS, NEVADA - MAY 15: Becky G performs onstage during the 2022 Billboard Music Awards at MGM Grand Garden Arena on May 15, 2022 in Las Vegas, Nevada. (Photo by Ethan Miller/Getty Images) It's a high percentage of leotard night for the ladies of the Billboard Awards; Becky G's hair ALSO looked great. She's very charismatic. ## Shenseea s ![](https://static.gofugyourself.com/uploads/2022/05/GettyImages-1397454890-1652672143.jpg) LAS VEGAS, NEVADA - MAY 15: Shenseea speaks onstage during the 2022 Billboard Music Awards at MGM Grand Garden Arena on May 15, 2022 in Las Vegas, Nevada. (Photo by Ethan Miller/Getty Images) I don't know if I like this but I DO want to touch it. ## Maxwell ![](https://static.gofugyourself.com/uploads/2022/05/GettyImages-1397454896-1652672150.jpg) LAS VEGAS, NEVADA - MAY 15: Maxwell performs onstage during the 2022 Billboard Music Awards at MGM Grand Garden Arena on May 15, 2022 in Las Vegas, Nevada. (Photo by Ethan Miller/Getty Images) This was a salute to Michael Jackson and I do not know what said salute was pinned to! Maybe Maxwell called and said he wanted to do it? This show lacked narrative focus. ## Sean "Diddy" Combs ![](https://static.gofugyourself.com/uploads/2022/05/shutterstock_editorial_12941043m-1652672318.jpg) Mandatory Credit: Photo by John Salangsang/Shutterstock (12941043m) Sean Combs Billboard Music Awards, Show, MGM Grand Garden Arena, Las Vegas, Nevada, USA - 15 May 2022 Diddy's hosting was....technically fine! He plugged his own companies a lot, but that does seem on brand. Here, he looks like he might be trying to make weight for the wrestling team. ## Sean Combs ![](https://static.gofugyourself.com/uploads/2022/05/shutterstock_editorial_12941043ah-1652672169.jpg) Mandatory Credit: Photo by John Salangsang/Shutterstock (12941043ah) Sean Combs Billboard Music Awards, Show, MGM Grand Garden Arena, Las Vegas, Nevada, USA - 15 May 2022 This coat is VERY good. ## Sean Combs ![](https://static.gofugyourself.com/uploads/2022/05/shutterstock_editorial_12941043ca-1652672236.jpg) Mandatory Credit: Photo by John Salangsang/Shutterstock (12941043ca) Sean 'Diddy' Combs Billboard Music Awards, Show, MGM Grand Garden Arena, Las Vegas, Nevada, USA - 15 May 2022 Givenchy, I presume? ## Rauw Alejandro ![](https://static.gofugyourself.com/uploads/2022/05/shutterstock_editorial_12941043ap-1652672180-scaled.jpg) Mandatory Credit: Photo by John Salangsang/Shutterstock (12941043ap) Rauw Alejandro Billboard Music Awards, Show, MGM Grand Garden Arena, Las Vegas, Nevada, USA - 15 May 2022 WIDE PANTS HIVE GATHER. ## Miranda Lambert and Elle King ![](https://static.gofugyourself.com/uploads/2022/05/shutterstock_editorial_12941043bq-1652672221-scaled.jpg) Mandatory Credit: Photo by John Salangsang/Shutterstock (12941043bq) Miranda Lambert and Elle King Billboard Music Awards, Show, MGM Grand Garden Arena, Las Vegas, Nevada, USA - 15 May 2022 These outfits ARE fun. ## Florence Welch ![](https://static.gofugyourself.com/uploads/2022/05/shutterstock_editorial_12941043cf-1652672248-scaled.jpg) Mandatory Credit: Photo by John Salangsang/Shutterstock (12941043cf) Florence Welch of Florence + The Machine Billboard Music Awards, Show, MGM Grand Garden Arena, Las Vegas, Nevada, USA - 15 May 2022 This feels right for a night with a blood moon, honestly. ## Machine Gun Kelly ![](https://static.gofugyourself.com/uploads/2022/05/shutterstock_editorial_12941043ib-1652672304-scaled.jpg) Mandatory Credit: Photo by John Salangsang/Shutterstock (12941043ib) Machine Gun Kelly Billboard Music Awards, Show, MGM Grand Garden Arena, Las Vegas, Nevada, USA - 15 May 2022 Burn it all down, MGK.
