This is highly theatrical and it looks great on her. Or, rather, perhaps she looks great in it, because she is Ciara.
Keke Palmer

Is Keke Palmer EVER having a bad time? Her vibe carries almost everything. This feels -- and perhaps is -- vintage. (Oh yes! I just got the credit. Chanel, 1993. I love it.)

The hem of this skirt sort of feels like she's got a pool noodle coaxed through it.

You could also wear this to a variety of theme parties! Goth Valentine's! Black Swan!

This matches the step-and-repeat SO perfectly, which you can't plan -- but which every stylist surely appreciates. (I appreciate how well this was styled in general.)

I think I might actually like this without the skirt at all! Lean into the retro '50s bathing suit of it all.

I remember when Riley was a WEE CHILD and now I feel old. She looks fab. Kandi looks like she misread the dress code for her coven's formal -- but also Kandi is extremely rich and successful, so she will bounce back.

This is very cool, and the oxblood velvet shoes with it are perfect.

She's got to be thinking about the fact that a Pussycat Doll now has a Tony.

I actually love this and think the leg slit didn't need to be quite this emphasized. It's so elegant!

Her tattoos almost feel like part of her dress's pattern.

I actually think the vibe of this is really cool and the top is rad. Does it make me too much of a grandma to say that I wish the skirt were just a TINGE less skimpy? Don't answer that. I KNOW.

Each one of these dudes looks GREAT -- and I'm glad one of them wore shorts, so I could put them in this round-up.
