Kerry Washington

What a bummer. The ways they could've built around the skirt!

Uzo Aduba

Uzo's shoes are uncharacteristically boring, but the latter at least is not that vital at a more serious ceremony like this. I LOVE the color and other than a slight squish of the boob, this is super.

Nava Mau

This cut is romantic, but the mix of fabrics and colors is not my favorite. It's somehow a little... musty.

Yvonne Orji

Excellent.

Anna Kendrick

This is really good -- the color is excellent. Maybe needs a necklace?

Jurnee Smollett

A necklace like THAT, for starters. This is very streamlined and effective.

Mandy Moore

She posted something on her Instagram about how she tried to keep this from wrinkling in the car, but failed. I feel for her, but also, this is an avoidable issue! Just wear something else! Her shoes and her lipstick are the best parts of it.

Marissa Bode

Ooh, I love this floral on her.

Molly Shannon

She is there, I think, because Lorne Michaels got an award. This is light and fun.

Amy Poehler

She'll forget about it, but she won't be mad at it, either.

Hiroyuki Sanada

Shogun also won, so this distinguished gent got to go. As usual, he looks super.

Aloe Blacc

He looks like a young Morgan Freeman here, no?

Jon Hamm

This pose cracks me up. It's like he's so excited, he can barely contain himself.

Roy Wood Jr.

Maybe he WAS that excited. Maybe he's a Roy Wood superfan.

Kerry Washington Might Need a New Stylist

Or a vacation. SOMETHING.
