[Misty Copeland danced her last dance last night as a member of the American Ballet Theatre.](https://www.nytimes.com/2025/10/22/arts/dance/misty-copeland-ballet-life-career-photos.html?ref=go-fug-yourself.ghost.io) (She technically hasn't performed in five years -- there was a pandemic, and she had a baby -- but hadn't officially retired from the company until now.) As you can imagine, this was a very hot ticket!
