Miranda cracks me up. This looks like a suit you'd get at Express, and then layered over a halter-top bikini. I think it's actually that her blazer has a funky lapel and then she's wearing a beaded bra-top, but it's an entertaining optical illusion. It's a shame the rest of her has disappeared into the step-and-repeat and this is an insane suggestion but would this have been better as....SHORTS?

Okay, so I actually think the fabric/pattern of this suit is amazing and she looks SO cute. Yes, that's not as much a tube top and it is...a tube STRIP, and I sort of wish she'd just worn a white tank top, but the rest of it is so neat! It feels pleasantly 90s! I can pick and choose the parts I like!
