Despite the sheeritude of this, I appreciate it. Thinking of all these looks as performance wear -- since that's mostly what The Blonds do -- means this makes sense. I hope to see this on my queen, Celine Dion.

We have been to Blonds shows where it felt like they were phoning it in a bit -- my theory is always that they sometimes find themselves stretched too thin with their runway show and all the custom stuff they do -- and this is one of those looks that feels a little half-assed.

I mean. Someone call Britney.

"Should we make something that, like, normal people might wear to...I don't know. A normal thing?"
"I guess...?"

"What about something that someone might wear to, like, the....MTV Movie awards?"
"I mean....okay?"

And we're back in business! THIS is why I come to the Blonds. And I get that in terms of making money, you possibly can't run a business only doing custom beaded leotards for pop stars. But that IS where their strength lies.

This is totally cute, and plenty of pert little ingenues could wear this -- Selena Gomez, Demi Lovato -- but I WANT DIAMOND BUSTIERS!

Or this! Something Dita Von Teese will wear with a patent leather pencil skirt!

This is glorious. Honestly, one of the best things about this show is seeing things like THIS close-up. They're AMAZING. Lady Gaga, pick up the phone!

Whereas this, you might as well call Naeem Khan and really do it right.

I'd love to see Taylor Swift flip the script and turn up in this.

This is pretty cool, although it's a bit Balmain-y. Get Kendall Jenner in this, and up your profile, folks.

This looks like EVIL Valentine's Day -- which is apt, as I believe this show was ON Valentine's Day.

This is pleasantly glam, though.

You can get this elsewhere, right?

This is very cool and creepy and perfect for the Katy Perry Halloween Spectacular.

The Blonds have done a bunch of work with Beyonce, too -- which makes total sense. This is really cool. It's fun to get to pick out dramatic perfomance ensembles!

I feel like we could talk Gwen Stefani into this.

This is like a Glamorous Salute to Pubic Hair.

High fashion Wednesday Addams.

Something about this feels sort of...for a Showgirl of a Certain Age.

BIG FINISH! This is Phillipe Blond, who always opens and closes the show with great thrilling and DRAMATIC ELAN.
