This was the only pic I saw of Harry and Wills and Kate interacting (which of course doesn't preclude the possibility that they spent the entire service weeping about their familial love wrapped in each other's arms, and you can see this moment on video in the body of the post). Wills looks perplexed and like he is DESPERATE for sunglasses; Kate looks as jolly as ever (Kate has an amazing poker face, and that is a compliment); Mike Tindall's beard is handsome on him; HARRY I'M WORRIED ABOUT YOUR HAIRLINE.

We've got a very coordinated color story on this Easter Sunday; that's a McQueen on Kate (when in doubt, Kate will wear McQueen to a church). Kate's whole look is a repeat of what she wore on Easter Sunday during their Australia/New Zealand tour, and I would be remiss if I didn't tell you that the post to which I have linked is ALSO the one where George goes to the zoo and you will have fuzzy warm feelings about him and maybe also about William's old forearms. She looks good!

Harry seemed sort of distracted this entire time, which is normal given that he is probably wondering if his wife has possibly gone into labor in his absence. (Doria has arrived, so Meghan is in good hands.) This is a DRAMATIC and perhaps rather Autumnal look on Autumn...no pun intended. (She wears it very well.)

I very much enjoy this dress on Bea, and in Chaz and Camz's absence (they always do Easter in Scotland), I appreciate that SOMEONE is wearing the sort of hat that looks like a chip-and-dip platter.

I love you Anne, and this is NOT great. It's too shiny for you to be able to hide in the bushes and investigate wrongdoings. (I often think that people who are new to this site must be perplexed by how often I seem to think Anne is doing something sneaky. She just always looks like a sharp-eyed detective, on the case of some kind of shenanigans, to me!)

I have to say, both Brothers Wales definitely seemed slightly out of sorts. Why don't you two just go arm-wrestle for like forty-five minutes and work it out of your system? (In sincerity, though, truly it is extremely sad to me if they've have a falling out of the magniture this is alleged to be, and regardless I think it would behoove them both to go to some secluded Balmoral hunting cabin, just the two of them, and hash this out. Families are deeply complicated, and people are complex and imperfect -- all of us, even people we love and like -- but you two have been though some shit together, so pull it together! Is what I imagine Anne is saying here.)

I wish Sophs had gone for green shoes, but these two look fetching! (Prince Edward is there; I just, as ever, did not feel like paying for a photo of Prince Edward. He looks like himself. You know what he looks like. It's the same.)

Zara always looks so fun and pleasant and, yes, I definitely co-sign this beard.

I just loved this hat detailing. (Those are Kate's wedding earrings; she's wearing this brooch, as well. Very Queenly, a brooch, though all her jewelry is FULL MIDDLETON today, as they're both oak-leaf motifs and the oak-leaf is the Middleton symbology in royal-jewelry-speak.)

"IT IS MY BIRTHDAY AND YOU SHALL ALL GET ALONG!"
