At last, 'tis truly the Christmas season, when various royals drive to Buckingham Palace for lunch with Her Majesty and we eyeball their heads and necks to see what they might be wearing. The good news is that this year, no one -- that I saw! -- wore a racist broach. The bad news is that this is several events in a row where Wills is not wearing his glasses while driving. Did Prince William get secret LASIK?!?!? Forget Meghan's family ([about which *Vanity Fair* published a very extensive piece by Vanessa Grigoriadis today)](https://www.vanityfair.com/style/2018/12/inside-the-meghan-markle-family-breakdown-thomas-samantha-markle??ref=go-fug-yourself.ghost.io) and the Wills/Harry row -- *this* is the real royal *scandale* and I demand answers.
