Nothing like kicking off your morning in a princely overcoat sandwich. Apologies for the fact that these three look a bit blurry compared to the background -- I didn't notice that about this pic until I downloaded it. Just think of it as a kind Vaseline-ing of the lens. We ALL feel and look younger that way.

Harry gave a speech upon the unveiling of said memorial, and I assume he's here checking to make sure his notes are in the inner pocket of his overcoat. Either that, or his morning smoothie is giving him brutal heartburn.

"Wills. Did you see Sophie's hat. IT'S INSANE." FWIW, while we're on the subject of hats: I like this one on Kate. She hardly ever wears a wide brim, and I think it's fun. A change shall do one good.

All kidding aside, although Sophie's hat is obviously a bit bonkers, I like it. It's wacky -- Kate's is definitely more sedate -- but she wears it well. I continue to despair of the fact that we Americans never wear hats to anything.
