"Kate. KATE! You cannot expect me to pose for a holiday card without including my fourth child, all those logs I chopped this summer while you were on about that lumberjack thing."

"*Fine.* It'll be rustic. We can make it a whole thing. Denim! Boots! Sweaters! Wood. Maybe some subtle hay?"

"Perfect."

"EVERYONE will have a collared shirt on under their sweater. Charlotte's can be one of those ruffly ones like they've got on your mother in this season of *The Crown* all the time."

"DON'T MENTION *THE CROWN* ON THE CARD, KATE."

"I won't! I would never cannibalize material from my newsletter like that."

"The children will be *markedly* adorable."

"Obviously."

"We can put Charlotte in little boots!"

"This is going to be VERY cute."

"The cutest. I'm so excited for everyone to see my logs! Make sure to send a copy to David Lynch!"
