Usually, it feels like we get more global A-list celebs at the Cannes Film Festival opener, so this year seemed a bit quiet -- but maybe that's also because Cannes doesn't seem to have courted splashy Hollywood blockbusters this year like it would have in the past. I'm sure *eventually* we'll get the L'Oreal Paris of it all; in the meantime, at least we've got Joan Collins, and that's not nothing.
