This is great on her -- although I'm neutral on the shoes -- but it would look bonkers on SO many other people. Imagine, like, Taylor Swift showing up somewhere in this. (TBH, I wish she would!)

This dress is very Barbie, very Dynasty, very Demi Moore Will Push You Down the Stairs at This Gala. As such, naturally, I like it. And the hair -- definitely a wig -- is great on her. I don't dislike her long hair -- she's worn it that way forever -- but she wears it this length on Whatever That Show Is Where Billy Bob Thornton Has Oil Wells Or Something and I keep thinking that she HAS to see herself in THAT wig sometimes and think, "oh, this is cute."

Meanwhile, this is totally fine but also slightly boring. This is NOT a wig on Penelope, but rather her haircut, and it IS good on her.
