One of my favorite things about this event is that it is just banger after banger. I don't mean that everyone looks amazing (although a lot of them do), I mean that almost everyone at this event is A Proper Celebrity. As fond as I am of a Kooky Random -- very! -- there *is* something relaxing about not wondering, "is this a new ingenue in an awards bait film that I need to learn to recognize, or a YouTube personality whose face I do not need to commit to memory?" (No offense to the YouTubers, who are probably reading this from their hot tubs at an all-inclusive and laughing in Rich.)
